Leadership Strengths

Recently I have been involved in sessions around understanding strengths. It is always interesting to review your own strengths. Using the Clifton Strengths with Gallup I found my first strength was empathy. Empathy can often been seen as a weakness in leadership, however I believe it is a super power.
